Why Dermaplaning Is So Much More Than Shaving Your Face
Though there are at-home devices available over-the-counter, we strongly advise against using them. In addition to having to manipulate the device in a certain way to prevent nicks on the face, over-the-counter razors can lead to an uneven hair growth pattern, ingrown hairs, and unwanted stubble. The tools also require strict sterilization, and blades should never be used more than once.
